PG Insulation Ltd Insulate the following Services:
Steam, Condense, Gas, Oil, Acid & Caustic, High Temperature Hot Water, Medium Temperature Hot Water, Low Temperature Hot Water, Domestic Hot Water Services, Cold Water Services, Chilled Water & Rainwater Pipework.
These are some of the Services we Insulate on a regular basis as well as Ventilation Ductwork, Flues, Tanks & Vessels.
We also carry out Trace Heating when required for Frost Protection and Temperature Control to a range of Water Services, Oils & Caustics.
All the above services can be insulated with a variety of materials such as Rockwool, Paroc and Kingspan Phenolic which need to meet todays environmental targets such as BREEAM & GWP using HFC & CFC Free Materials.
PG Insulation Ltd can also clad the insulation in various materials including Isogenopak, PIB, Venture Clad, Stucco Embossed Aluminium, PVC Food Safe, Plastisol, Aluzinc and Stainless Steel. All metal products are fabricated within the Company’s own workshop.

PG Insulation Ltdis an expanding, well-established and reputable Company able to work nationally to high standards, at competitive rates and in a full range of insulation environments.
PG Insulation Ltd was established in 1998, but their experience represents a considerably longer period in the industry.
The Company is based in Somerset but has worked across much of the UK carrying out work, which has varied from small to large heating and ventilation contracts up to the value of £100,000.
PG Insulation Ltd is a full member of Thermal Insulation Contractors Association (TICA), a professional body who oversee standards within the industry, thereby safeguarding those organizations requiring professional insulation of a certified quality.
PG Insulation Ltd has recently been involved in a major project within the food industry, where we have installed in excess of 10,000 meters of Pipework and Ductwork Insulation. Other recent projects undertaken were a New Build Dairy in Amesbury, various WTW works, a new Fire Station and HQ in Dorset and two large stately Homes.
PG Insulation Ltd use the latest CAD software to price contracts and produce quotes thus ensuring consistency in pricing based on the latest materials costs. Experience and an in depth knowledge of the industry allow us to produce competitive prices using the very latest information and techniques.
